Adam Extreme injured

while on vacation he hurt his right ankle yesterday [july 27th,2009] and he had some problems in his ribs, but they are not even bad. however..the ankle injury will put the 34 time world champion out of action for 1 week
please wish him well on the road to recovery [at least he has time off anyway from his vacation]

he is recovering better and quicker than expected. he will probally be off the list in 2 days
